FAQs
Q: How do I become a vendor at the Celtic Fantasy Faire?
A: Fill out the form above. Applications are due May 7th, 2023. If approved, we'll let you know no later than May 31st, 2023.
Q: How much are vendor spaces?
A: All pricing is available on the link above.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: We are not taking personal checks this year, but once approved as a vendor we will send you a link where you may pay via Card, Paypal or Square Account online.
Q: When are the Vendor check-in and check-out times?
A: Vendors may arrive as early as 7:00am on the day of the faire. You will be able to park your vehicle near your booth site for unloading. Booths may be taken down ONLY after 6:00pm, except in case of emergency. Please feel free to stay open as late as 6:30pm if you're busy!!
Q: What types of vendors are you looking for?
A: Craft merchants (NO direct sales, mlms like scentsy, pampered chef, etc.,), food vendors, readers and non-profit organizations are welcome to apply.
Q: How are booth spaces assigned?
A: Booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first served bases. You will receive your booth assignment once you are an approved vendor and we receive payment of your booth fees.
Q: Does The Celtic Fantasy Faire provide tables or chairs for vendors?
A: No. You must bring your own furniture for you booths.
Q: Is power or electric outlets available for use?
A: There is very limited amount of power outlets, so please inform us in your application if access to a power outlet is a necessity. We recommend bringing your own extension cords.
Q: Is WiFi available?
A: There is city-provided WiFi available.
*Please be aware, this is an event entirely sponsored and funded by public donations and efforts. Performance artists perform at their own time and cost at this point. THERE IS NO COMPENSATION. We'd like to change this in the future, but right now we encourage a lot of local artists to come and volunteer their time and talents with us, busk for tips, and if we can and the right situation is presented, we are also willing to barter vending space for performance time. Please let us know if we can accommodate you as we would love to host you and support you!
